As an author, Eric seeks to inspire readers with his story. At times in his life, Eric has had to move without the ball, building an inner strength that allowed him to tap into his gift as a visionary.In his book “Get Over Yourself, How to Move Without the Ball”, Eric uses the analogy of the quarters in a game to describe how life’s journey changes. He breaks down his philosophies on perception, influence, planning, execution and moving without the ball to help his readers find their own path and be confident in the person they are and will become.
